Brno with peep sites

I shot my friends dads old Brno 22 with peep sites on the weekend. I really liked the peep sites, does anyone still make them?

Also, the feel of the bolt was amazing. Do the modern CZ's still feel that smooth or do I need to keep my eye on the EE for one.

Well it kinda depends on which model of BRNO you were shooting? If it is a number 5, bolt smoothness will be tough to compare in the newer CZ line of product. I have 4 BRNO's and about 6 of the newer CZ models. The actions are quite similar in them all and the triggers in the CZ's can be messed with easily with the Yodave Trigger kits that are inexpensive and Canadian made. FS

Lots of peep sights still available, some of the older Lyman and Redfield styles are no longer available new, but can be had used. FS

Depending on the model you can get new peeps from a fellow down in California, IIRC it is about 75.00 us for the peep apature and the diopter set.
