I have a Brno ZKK600 in 270win I have another 270 so this one is extra, I have too much into it now to sell it, I like the rifle so I am thinking about a rebarrel to 9.3x62, any experience out there in rebarreling a BRNO or a rough idea on cost, thanks.

You will have to check my suggestion with another source to be certain, but my understanding is that the ZKK action uses standard Mauser 98 thread and shank diameter.
A couple of years ago I had a Brno ZG47 rebarreled from .30-06 to 9.3X62. The total cost was about $850.00 broken down as follows. I don't know if rebarreling a ZKK would present any issues not encountered with my rifle.
Barrel blank - $330.00
Contour, fit, chamber barrel 350.00(chamber, thread, cut/crown, contour to match original barrel)
fit sights and barrel band 100.00(including moving sights from original barrel to new)
Barrel band, 30.00
Shipping. 40.00
The job didn't include bluing.
Thanks, that is in the ball park, I have a NECG peep for the rifle and have mounted my own NECG front barrel band sight on other rifles,so a little less work maybe on my project, I have seen U.S. Barrel makers that make a prefit 9.3x62 for a CZ550 that is the same as the ZKK, just need a Canadian maker or importer and willing and able gunsmith

Any time I have had to pull a barrel off a ZKK 600 it was on there so tight that I had to machine a relief cut where the barrel butts up against the receiver to reduce the tension. As previously mentioned by another post they are a metric thread. Damned sturdy little rifles though. D.H.
After some research and calling around Brno Zkk600s are indeed metric 12.7 TPI as compared to 12 TPI for a 98 very close on the diameter, found several sites where people claimed they made it work, I found a used Brno barrel on this site so I am good.
