broke a spring on an Annie!!

Crap, one of my 64 Anschutz rifles broke yesterday!!
I have NEVER seen this happen before in over 40 years of shooting these guns.
the spring in question is the small coil spring at the back of the trigger group, it keeps the sear up to engage the bolt.
I fired, cycled the bolt, and the danged bolt came out n my hand!!
Anybody know where to find a part?

Your local fasten-all store might have a good selection of little springs that can be substituted. Otherwise, try Peter K at North Sylva.

I'll have to go to peter for sure, the spring is not a standard coil spring, it has a long end and a short end.
i have found an extra trigger group in my parts box, but should get the broken one fixed.

I have a couple of leads on factory springs, the cost of a shop making one would be prohibitive!
