Broke in my 870

I broke in my 870 Express Friday morning, got a couple mallards.

I still have to pattern it though, I suspect that the modified choke tube is shooting tighter and a tad lower than my fixed modified barrel in my old 870 'cause I took a couple shots at a stump in the marsh from 35 yards just to see.

Don't have time to properly pattern it yet, the birds are flying thickly, if I have a free moment I go hunting.

With half a dozen 870's I've tried, I/C patterns steel 2's better than does Modified.

I wish I had the IC tube in yesterday. Missed some easy close shots.
