Broken cooey 60, need help (picture)

I just picked up a cooey model 60 that when you go to chamber a round the bolt won't close because the cartridge is not lifted high enough. Took off the stock and there is piece that was cracked, and I broke it off completely. I am going to weld it back, but it looks bent, I might straighten it out before welding.

Is the piece the yellow arrow is pointing at supposed to be curved like that? Its curved the same on both sides.

FYI - think there is currently a M60 bolt on EE for $40 - hard to tell from your pic but almost looks like no extractors (clip over bolt, hold the case and both feed/extract into chamber). Curved piece is curved - lets magazine tube ride with bolt.
