Broken Rim?!

Anyone have this happen to them before? Went out to the range to day and this happened with the very first round. The bolt and carrier rode back but left the casing stuck in the chamber, had to use 2 sks cleaning rods and a solid whack with a hammer to pop it loose?

i have once with my CZ, give the chamber a very good brushing and you should be good.

Laquer build up inside the chamber seems to make them stick like glue.

clean your rifle it most likely has varnish built up in the chamber from using surplus ammo

I had that happen to me too, also one of my first shots fired from it.
I haven't had it happen to me again after another 200 rounds.

Sticky chamber.
Clean it with laquer thinner and scrub it hard with a brass brush. I use JB bore brite on mine once a year to prevent this from happening.
