Broken S&W Hammer Stud

I have a S&W Model 13-3 (prohib) with a broken hammer stud. Apparently this is not an easy fix and in the USA they are normally returned to the manufacturer for repair.

Does anyone know of a pistolsmith in Canada that has experience in repairing / replacing S&W hammer studs ? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
