Broomhandle Mauser, Red 9 - price check?

This matching Broomhandle Mauser has been offered to me, though we haven't talked price at this point.

Based on the photos (and I know some aren't the clearest) what is a reasonable offer for this piece complete with accessories?

As well, does the holster appear to be original? It has been suggested that it may be a reproduction.
