Brotherhood of the travelling rifle packaging?? :)

I try to package any firearm up very securely. So far, it has always worked.

A couple of recipients have commented on the neat, secure packing....I like that.

Must be working...so far, no damage or losses. Dave.

Had lots of boxes sent to me and in return I put another rifle in the box and away it goes. I'm waiting for the day that I get a rifle sent to me in one of my original boxes.
Anybody ever run into that???

Yup try and peel off the address if not cross them out and re use. I shipped a rifle with a box. About a year before the guy shipped something to me.

I make my own boxes out of whatever sturdy cardboard I find laying around work or wherever I spot it.
I've become quite the custom box maker over the years! lol
I even used a square and a tape measure to bend the edges perfect etc I can whip them out in less than 10 minutes!

Same here, bin packaging and shipping for years. Cardboard dumpsters at hardware stores and bicycle retailers are my favorite sources for cardboard & foam along with computer stores.(All free stuff.) I measure, cut & then bend boxes using an old sheet metal brake, too fookin' easy.:)
