Looking through the Browning website and see that they offer the BLR in 300 win mag & 300 wsm...

I have owned bolts in these callibers which shot very well, but wondering if anyone has shot these calibers in a BLR and what type of accuracy are they achieving?

Thanks for your comments in advance.

I have a browning blr in a .308 and it shoots great, not sure about in a .300 but first day at the range I was shooting 4" groups with the iron sights at 100 meters so i was pretty happy with it. Overall nice looking and handling gun and i'm sure even in a .300 it would be just as accurate if not more.

300 win mag

I have a 300 Win Mag in the BLR. I havent used it a whole lot as it is a back up to my 300 Browning Pump. I havent shot much long range with it but at 50 yards with factory ammo I can stay in a one inch bulls eye all day. Nice looking rifle It would be my main moose rifle if I didnt have the pump.

My buddy has a stainless laminate 300WSM, it shoots very well with factory ammo. Around an inch. It's about to go for sale if anyones looking.

My father has been using a 300 WM in a BLR since 1997. It has shoot animals out to 400yds in my and his hands. I built a load out of IMR 7828 and 165gr Partitions for him that hovers around 1.25". I do believe that if I was to spend some real load development time with it I could get it a little better, but that type of accuracy will kill deer out to 400yds easy, and who buys a lever to shoot past that?
I really like that rifle........
