From the posted description it reads to me like they rectified the issue - port is listed as .101 and test fired. Which would resolve the issues the reviewers were having.

If you complete your order Brownells will contact you by email for the permit. It will cost you $250 USD. Irunguns is very different from Brownells, you may want to read to the Brownells exporting sticky first.
