Brownells Retro Carry Handle Optic

Anyone know if someone in Canada sells these.

I know its a bit of a limited market kind of optic so maybe no one has them. Was planing to use it on an MS-18A3 but may opt for a Vortex Spitfire 3X if I can't get this optic.

I'm not familiar with ordering items like this out of the states. Its not a controlled item? Just place an order with a CC and wait how ever many weeks it takes to come?
