Looks like Brownell's has gone full hog on the retro rifles, XM16's, M16A1's, XM177's, and even reproducing the original AR10's. AFAIK this is a SHOT 2018 announcement.

Fingers crossed on whether these will be available for import, and whether or not the AR10's will be prohib.

That's what I was wondering. They is a FRT for a semi-auto AR-10 that is non-restricted.

The AR10 tribute rifle appears to share zero parts with the original 1955-1961 AR10s. The lower parts set is certainly equal to the modern AR15/AR10. The bolt carrier assembly has the smaller diameter just like modern AR10/LR308 guns. The bigger question is whether the barrel nut and bolt are AR10 or LR308.
