I have a Browning gold 10 Gauge which is starting to have cycling issues and was hoping to find a Surecycle system in Canada?

Does anyone know of another solution?

SureCycle is crap. I acquired one of their units in the U.S. for a Beretta 391 and it should be called SureJam. Trying to sort it out with the company was impossible. Their customer service is worse then their products.

I'd suggest replacing the inner and outer recoil springs that are located in the buttstock or contact a Browning repair depot.
