In .270 cal, would anybody know? And if you have one, what grain are you using? Out to how far?

Usually 1 in 10 for a .270. .270's work best with 130 or 140 grain bullets. How far depends on your skill level. However, Remington factory ammo with either bullet weight, drops like a brick past 300 yards.

My Browning Highwall in .270 will launch a 140 grain Accubond at just over 3000 fps. It is very accurate and is a true 400+ yard rifle.
