In the dim, distant past I owned a 1910 Brng. which came stock with .32 and .380 barrels, and the respective magazines. If you could find a .380 barrel and the mag, they would just drop in. I'm not sure how it worked at the face of the slide, but it did. Maybe the cartridge headspaced on the mouth of the casing. Anyway, they both worked. However, the chances of finding those things are pretty slim, and besides now you'd have to have the barrel lengthened (meaning you'd have to have a newly manufactured barrel).
