Browning 1911-22 sights upgrade - any options?

I love my 1911-22, but the sights have something to be desired. are there any options to upgrade these? love to put a small red dot on it.

edit - I may have to buy the Black Label Laminate. different sights than the 22-A1 I have.

I painted the front sight with a florescent green & it made a huge difference!
