Browning A Bolt stock question

A co-worker broke his stock on a wolf[haven't got the story] and needs a replacement.Will a A Bolt stock off a 7WSM fit his .308 win action ?How about trigger groups .......specific to certain year of manufacture?

I can not answer your specific question, but add some speculation and conjecture.
The wsm is slightly fatter iirc in the belly of the mag/action area.
