I picked up an Auto 5 this afternoon and it came with a mystery spring...
I was told by the seller ( good deal by the way ) that it was experiencing failure to eject. On an attempted cleaning this spring was observed falling out of the bottom.
The FTE can likely be remedied with a brisker load and a good cleaning.
But this little devil...where does it go?
I'm new to A-5's so pardon the silly question. They seem like a formidable design to navigate the quirks of.
