Browning auto question.

Hi guys, my friend has a browning auto that is fussy about amo. It misfires on a lot of brands. Is there a fix for this, firing pin, spring,...

I agree, I bet a good cleaning is what it needs. My buddy has one, and we were calling it the one shot wonder untill he finally took it all apart and cleaned it up. It works fine now.

Thanks guys, It does not jam up solid. He said he cleaned it, but he's not a gun nut so I doubt he stipped it down and cleaned the action. Also after you clean the action I assume you do not oil the action, I leave my 10/22 dry and it works great.

Rifle or pistol? Mind you, .22's are like that. Keep trying different brands. And the cost of those brands means nothing.

Personnally, I like to have oil in between any metal moving parts...

It's a rifle, it misfires and after a strip and cleaning, should I just littly oil with a cloth.
