Hi all,
I picked up Browning B80 in 20 gauge and noticed that it sometimes short cycles with trap loads. So I am wondering if there is a gas seal that might need replacing?
I've tried searching Google but haven't really been able to get an answer. I've heard of the Rem 1100 using two different seals depending on the load. Is the B80 the same?
Thanks,

The B80 is actually a 300 series Beretta. I have a 302A and there are no seals in the gun. Just the piston and gas sleeve. Your B80 may need the recoil return spring taken out and cleaned (and the tube it runs in.) Is your B80 3" chambered? That can cause the issue you describe. I can't remember if they were made in the magnum twenty 3". I know the 12 gauges were. Overall I suspect the gun needs a real good cleaning.
