Browning BLR 243 case stuck

I fired my BLR now I can't open my action how do I get brass that is stuck in action out?I do reload and don't understand what happened.The load I was using is as follows.

hornady 105 a max
rp case
fed match primers
win 760 38 grains

Hold the rifle in a vise. While pulling the lever open tap firmly with a rod down the muzzle...

If you can't get it open that way, take it to a gunsmith.

Good advice.....specially considering it is coming for a 'smith....
