Anyone have a problem with the BLR's failing to eject? Most times the rifle ejects very well, and can not be made to fail dry ejecting. But when fired, it seems the round in the magazine 'pops up' too soon, and jams the empty before it clears the receiver. So the empty points outward at a 90 deg angle to the chambre. It is like the recoil causes the live cartridge in the mag to pop out. This has happened only 3 times, but twice was with a deer in the sights.
Any input on this?

probably your clip. here's something to try or take it to your local gunsmith. try peening the front "lips" of your clip inward, just about a hairs width i.e. a teeny little bit and see if that works.otherwise a new BLR clip is $61.99 at SIR.you're right the recoil is causing the next round to pop up.it should only come up when the bolt picks it up coming forward and then it should release from the clip.
