Browning BLR barrel extension

Does anyone in north America machine the barrel extension for the BLR takedown. I already tried browning and the don't sell the part individually.
I'd like to have a second barrel done in 35 sambar.

Everything found on this subject points to a very expensive undertaking. Wild West Guns would probably be the best resource for this. The barrel needs to be fitted to the actual bolt in the rifle, so it appears as though it is not a drop in part.
