browning blr in stainless

hi does anyone know if the blr is really made of stainless? I know the reciever is aluminum but are the barrel and internals satinless or is it just a coating? How corrosion ressistant is the rifle? thank you

the new BLR is indeed stainless, so my guess is...pretty corrosion resistant!

BLR's tend to be pretty awsome guns in general though....mine is easily my favorite rifle.

Mine has more of a satin nickel finish on the barrel and reciever. It is a straight stock 308 bought new in 2007.
