Hey guys, my father just gave me his citori skeet/skeet. Its an older model and has no chokes, and obviously my distance is limited. I was wondering about a browning bps with a 30" barrel for clays and trap? Nothing serious, I just want to have fun out there. Or could it be possible to have a gunsmith backbore the citori for chokes, I'm thinking the 26" barrels will be the real limiting factor on the citori for longer shots?

Thoughts?

The BPS will work fine. The big issue is how well it fits you.

Personally, I wouldn't spend the money on the Citori, just use it for skeet or bird hunting over pointers.

BPS would be fine for trap, not sure what you mean by clay, if you shoot true pairs on SC I would think that the BPS would be a bit slow.

Just keep the citori for skeet.
