Browning buck mark

Answer is No. I have owned and fired both and the grip angle and "feel" are quite different. That being said, both are very good pistols, each playing a different role in the pistol world.

Bugger... I've been trying to find a 22lr that will be good practice for shooting my Hi-power and XD40 (both have the same feel). Looks like the Ruger 22/45 is as close as it gets or a 22lr conversion for the Hi-power if someone up here would sell the dam things. I've found three different kits in the US, guess I'll have to go throught he import export paperwork if I want one.

CZ Kadet is a clone of the Hi Power and comes in 22, being made by CZ is a sure bet they are well made.
The Buckmark is a great pistol, I love mine, but they do not feel at all like a Hi Power, nor does the Ruger 22/45 which is supposed to imitate the feel of the 1911, I do not find any similarity though
