Browning Buckmark Reflex

Just wondering if these sights are designed strictly for rimfire or can they handle other calibers like .223 and .308. I have one for my AR and have no used it yet, but its an awesome little sight and I was thinking of getting one for one of my .308's.

I was at the range with a guy who had it mounted on a tactical shotgun shooting slugs... told me that it was well over 300 rounds I tried it and immediately bought one for me and a friend... as far as I can tell it seems good to go.... haven't mounted mine yet (thinking a Mosin should test it pretty good) I'll update if life gets out of my way.... wicked little sight tho!!!!
