Are these any good? My grandfather has a buckmark pistol and I love the thing, the only problem is I do not have a restricted license nor do I want to be restricted to a range. Can anyone tell me about these guns?

Thanks

The Buckmark RIFLE is not restricted. If you like the feel of it then go for it. Many people I talk to do not like the rather short stock, I however loved the one I used.

What does it cost to get extra mags for the buckmark? If I am going to spend the money on a rifle like this I want the quality to be there and be able to feed it.

I liked the feel of the Buckmark rifle the first time I shouldered one. I wanted the bull barrel model, and had a tough time finding one, but finally did find a lightly used one. It has become one of my favourite range plinkers - putting as many as 500 rounds through it each visit to the range. Great fun with the reactive steel targets.
I went with a Bushnell red dot sight on mine, and the other day at the range, just for giggles, casually shot a few targets for accuracy potential. The best target I shot was a 1 3/16" CTC group - 10 shots - 40 meters - Winchester Dynapoints - benched. A good scope could only improve on the groups.
IMO, it's a great little fun gun - a definite keeper.
