A buddy of mine purchases a 32 inch composite stocked Cynergy back when they first came out and it was incredibly muzzle heavy, very poorly balanced in my opinion. The wood stocked 30 inch models were much better balanced.
I had a Cynergy, but not the CX. I didn't like how it fit together when breaking it down to transport, and then putting it back together. One of our skeet shooters has the Composite model, he had issues with it not ejecting properly, and it went back to Browning for repairs.

I think it's an alright gun. The Cynergy is a little awkward to put together but once you've done it a few times it's easy. I like the 60/40 rib profile of the CX making it an excellent all sport shotgun from trap to skeet and sporting clays.
