I have a cantalever slug barrel only has a vector choke tube at the muzzel about 4 in. its built into barrel also vent holes so my question is what kind of slug?? sabot or rifled?

Try both and see what shoots better. Hopefully the rifled slugs shoot equally well and then you will save some money. To maximize the potential of the sabot slug a fully rifled barrel is optimum, IMHO. If you can get your hands on some rifled Challenger slugs I would start there.
