Browning Gold & Winchester SX2 : Same Gun?

Browning & Winchester are both owned By Fabrique Nationale Herstal.

From the exterior they seem to have the same family genes(with some differences).

How do they compare internaly (trigger group etc)?

A salesperson at a gunshop is telling me that they are completely different ? How true is that ?

Same receiver, not sure if the trigger groups are interchangeable. Different magazine tubes and fore-ends therefore barrels are not interchangeable. Basically they use the same receiver and change everything just enough that the parts won't swap. They do function exactly the same.
