Browning Invector-Plus system: Are screw in choke tubes necessary to complete the bar

New to shooting and just picked up a Browning Citori Feather lightning. It came with 3 Invector-plus chokes...a "full" and "improved modified" in the barrel, a "modified" choke came separately.

Since they only gave me one choke storage container it got me thinking...I assume the barrel requires 2 screw in chokes to complete the barrel design. If I want a full pattern does the Invector-Plus system allow for me to remove the choke tubes entirely and shoot away, or do I need to buy 2 "cylinder" chokes as default place holders? I'm worried that if I just remove them entirely, the shot would eventually damage or strip away the barrels internal threads.

Do Not Shoot your Citori With-Out those tubes installed.
You can do irreparable damage if you do.
Go to the Browning web site and it will explain it there for you as will the owners manual (read it)
But, I am thinking you know this already too.

First, never, ever, think of shooting the gun without the tubes installed. You will irreparably damage the treads.

Second, I am not sure what you mean by a "full pattern". Cylinder choke tubes are not very useful on hunting guns and are seldom used. If you intend to use the gun as an upland hunting gun, a combination of Skeet and Light Modified, or Improved cylinder and Modified would work well. If you intend to hunt waterfowl over decoys, go with Light Mod and Mod. (no tighter than Mod. with steel shot, or you will damage the barrel.). For shooting skeet: skeet and IC. For shooting 16 yard trap: Improved Modified. For double trap: Mod and Full. For turkey hunting: Xtra Full or Turkey.
