I have a 3 1/2" maxus for birds and it is an excellent shotgun. Was wondering if anyone knew how well they shoot slugs with their rifled barrels. I have a 20 ga silver that shoots sabots very well, but I like the maxus way better. Too bad they don't make them in 20Ga.

don't think they make a barrel for the 3 1/2" chamber of the maxus. 3" only for the maxus. I have a barrel for my 3 1/2" gold and got a really good deal on it and it shoots very well, just as good as the gold deer hunter's I've had in the past.
