I finally have an A-Bolt back in the line up, I like em.
I just bought a slightly used and new to me Browning A-Bolt Mountain Titanium in 300WSM as an upgrade to the Savage I have in 300WSM.
I sure do like the weight factor of this rifle, waiting for some Talley's to arrive so that I can get a scope on it, and get out and sight it in, and shoot it.
I'm still toying with what way to go with the scopes, either I buy a new Leupold VX-II 3-9X33UL or trade off my Vari-X II 4-12X40AO for the Ultra Light scope, or I just mount the Vari-X II 4-12 on the Ti.
I would like the the 8.8oz scope, but I already have the 4-12 which won't cost anything other than 5 more ounces. lol
I've been cruising the net for pros and cons on this model, but not getting a lot of info.
For those of you out there that have one or had one, what do you like or don't like about this model?
and
If you happen to have one in 300WSM, what loads or ammo works best for you? and how well does yours print on paper for a pencil barrel?
I'm betting that this ones going be a kicker.
