The way I read that website, the .250 is a Remington 700 classic, not a Browning Safari.
I have seen Browning Safaris in .22-250, .243, and owned one in .308. never heard of a factory original one in .250, but it is possible a few were made.

I believe the .250-3000 was chambered in FNH rifles, but I don't know if it was in the Browing Safari (made by FNH). I do know that it was chambered in the Oberndorf Kurz M98, which is pretty much up there as one of, if not the most, desireable rifles in .250-3000. For me anyways.
