I was just around Cabales... their Browning silver stalker 3.5" black are on sale. but the store has only Camo , the price tag is $1599, however if you order online and pickup instore later, the black one is only $1099 with $100 mail in rebate.....

...well...what make me sad is the marks on the barrel says " only for 3.5 inch shells...."

I want to know , in the real world, how are the 3.5" silver owners cycling the 2 3/4 or 3 inch shells ?

Thanks!

The Silver uses the same action as the Winchester SX-3, and both models in 3-1/2" action lengths will cycle most 2-3/4" target loads just fine. The cheap Winchester loads are the only ones that cause a jam or two in a round of skeet. My SX-3 has never fired a 3-1/2" load , and as long as I own it, it never will. On the other hand, my 3" SX-3 cycled every single target lad that I tried in it.

thanks, it is just the marks on the barrels says : " ONLY 3.5 inch " ..... ..

another question, if it was you, then which one you want to get ?

camo one, $1599 - $100 rebate
or black one, $1099 - $100 rebate ?

ps....I like camo, but the price difference is $500 !!!!!!!!!

Considering camo is both ugly and useless, that's not really even a question. All this camo crap is just gucci fashion for weekend warriors, and it doesn't do anything at all. Stay covered, stay low, and don't move. If you do that, it's unlikely that anything will spot you.
