Browning t-bolt composite sporter threaded 22lr w. Ghoulish faces on stock?

I have a Browning t-bolt composite sporter threaded 22lr with ghoulish faces on stock. I Bought it new so it is factory number. The faces are subtle and printed in sort of a faint gold hologram.

Anybody know anything about this gun? Maybe some kind of commemorative or something.
