I'm just wondering if anyone has personal experience with the Browning Hi-Power standard in 9mm vs. the Browning Hi-Power Mark III in 9mm ??:)

Oh, and the Browning Pro-9? I haven't been able to find a legal version for Canada.... :( :runaway:

Thanks Everyone!! :dancingbanana:

Pro-9 is prohibited due to barrel length.

I've got two MkIII's - one in 9mm & one in .40 S&W. Love 'em both. A great pistol for me in terms of hand-fit and the ambi-safety option being a leftie. Prefer them over any other BHP I've shot/handled.

I've got a Mark III SFS 9mm mfg'ed by FN Herstal and I love the ambi safety and the dovetailed front sight. Not to mention that the factory sights are just great. No need to upgrade the factory ones.

If you are gonna spring the money, just get any of the MkIII's since you won't have to upgrade any parts or bits as your game improves and your taste differs.

Hope this helps,
Barney
