Browning's newest over/under shotgun, the Citori 825. While it looks very similar to the old 725, the changes are a Fire Lite 2 mechanical trigger making the 825 an excellent option to tube it for sub gauges. The new stock profile and palm swell of the 825 fits nicely and should be able to fit a much wider range of shooters than previously before. This is actually one of the nicest feeling shotguns I've ever mounted.
The rib is tapered with a tramline, mid bead, and fiber optic front sight allowing the 825 to have one of the most instinctive and clear sight picture as well as making it easy to track your target. The gun includes additional fiber optic rods to change the colour to suit personal preferences.
The basic engraving design of the 825 looks excellent and practical for a sporting shotgun where game scene engravings is not important or adds to the functionality of the shotgun. The trigger is adjustable on a track to increase or decrease trigger reach and LOP. Additional trigger shoes with different angle designs and widths included to really fine tune the personal fit of your shotgun.
The matte finish barrels reduce glare and the Invector DS chokes are Browning's best choke system. The barrels are chromelined and use Browning's Vector Pro forcing cones reducing deformation and improving shot patterns. The shotgun includes 5 Invector DS chokes which are Skeet, Improved Cylinder, Modified, Improved Modified, and Full.
