Basic rebuild package #2 Remington 870 Shotguns 12 & 20 ga.

BRP-2 CERAKOTE FINISH

1 Completely strip and clean firearm from all build up and oils.
2 Aluminum Oxy bead blast with cleaned filtered 120 grit media, each and every part.
6 strip, polish, drbur bolt to aid in faster pumping (a must and any 870 shotgun)
8 Install S&J hardware 600,000 cycle life chrome silicon mag tube spring
9 Install S&J hardware “no jam mag follower” Machined Delrin type III Lime green.
Install S&J hardware Jumbo Safety button.​

Refinish with CeraKote gun finish, BLACK, GRAY, TAN, BURNT BRONZE,PINK AND ORANGE
11 Re assemble and function test.​

1. Barrel over 23 inches are a $15 up charge.
   If the firearm has wood forend stock, and it’s older, there is a small chance it may not be able to be removed without being damaged.
   If this is an issue, it will be discussed with the client before refinishing starts.
   Please do not ship us broken guns expecting us to fix them for free, if the firearm has issues let us know, we will work with you to get the problems fixed as cost effectively as possible.
   If the ejector spring or ejector body is damaged or missing it will be $60-80 in parts and labor to correct this issue (if we have the parts on hand)
   No refinishing of the trigger group housing will be done.
   ** Details
   Firearms must be shipped in a “NON oversized box”, if we have to ship back in an over sized box, Canada Post charges $10 fee, we will apply that to your invoice
   We guarantee our finish to be as good or better then the factory Remington 870 police magnum, or your money back.

Nice work, and glad you showed a closeup of the finish in the second picture. Remington is certainly not going out of their way to give the metal a nice smooth finish, and of course this will always show through with Cerakote. I have done older express models where the metal looked nicer than the newer Police models. Nice professional looking work.
