Hey Everyone,
I was given a BSA .220 lr rifle. Its falling block single shot action looks like the cadet. I was given the Rifle in parts. I had belonged to someone who had taken it apart rather than lock it. He ended up with dementia and his sons could not find all the parts. It seems to me to be missing only one part, the takedown pin. This is a split pin and goes into a 5.2mm hole. I have tried to source one online and found one in Australia but they do not ship overseas. This is a very nice gun in good condition. Any suggestions?

Thank you

If you can't find one, any chance you could make one?
That would take the right kind of metal and some kind of machining/ cnc set up which i have none of. If anyone knows anyone who has such skills that would be great. I never mentioned the price on the Aussie sit. $50 aussie Dollars, for a 5mm by probably 20mm split pin! I would pay it if they shipped internationally. I might have to try a local gunsmith see if they can create such an item.

If it's the trigger guard pin, Numrich has one in stock. If it's the breechblock pin, you're out out of luck. A competent gunsmith or machinist should be able to make one up though.
