Thinking about picking up a CF2 in .222 as a plinking / varmint gun. I sold my 22-250....I really didnt' need that extra umph in 22 CF. From what Ive researched they seem to have a half decent adjustable trigger.

I already had dies for a .222 so it only made sense I pick up a rifle to use them with. :)

Only problem with these Bsa's is that you can't find any parts for them. I tried for over a year to find trigger parts for my 30-06 monarch and came up empty handed. They are a decent gun but I don't think I would go with one for just this reason alone.

I have a CF2 in 308 , it is a great rifle shoots near anything in an inch or less . Trigger is adjustable , I would rate the overall craftsmanship of these rifle at a solid 9 out of ten .

If you should decide to buy it you will not be dissapointed !

Yes, don't get me wrong-they are nice guns and look to be well made. Mine had a safety that had been messed around with so that was my only problem.
Was not trying to knock them just thought you should know that parts are not easy to come by-that`s all.
Buy it if it looks good.

I just picked up a BSA majestic .222 in new condition (50 years old !) and was very pleased with the overall look and feel of the gun. I was going to look at a CZ but I'm glad I went this route.
I hope I'm just as happy when I get around to putting some shots through it.
