The easiest way to remove a BSA bolt from the action is to squeeze & hold the trigger with the bolt open. Without releasing the pressure on the trigger move the bolt closed and then back open again without releasing the trigger. Still holding the trigger now pull the bolt back out of the action.

As boo mentioned there is a trick, my old man passed and i had never taken it out. Frustrating at first to say the least! The info link was more for the op concerning the models, specs, trigger adjustment etc, well aware that this aint your first rodeo!
