BSA optics, FAIL

I have a BSA Catseye 4-16x44 and it has a black floater inside. I contacted BSA inquiring about warranty and here is the reply I got,


Thank you for contacting us. Sorry to hear about the issue. We can cover this under warranty but unfortunately we do not ship outside the United States.

So they can export their product but they can't ship out of USA?
I will never purchase another BSA product and I suggest no one else in Canada does either.

Get a hold of th place you bought it from ask if they know of a warrantee depot in Canada or if they will ship it back for you.
