BSA Scope Rings

I have a BSA Hunter in 222 with Parker Hale rings installed. I would like to put a Leupold 10X on it but the scope bell touches the barrel. I need higher rings. It is not drilled and tapped. It has a 19mm dovetail. Who makes rings of good quality for this rifle?
