A buddy of mine was just given one, and is looking for some info on it. Does anyone have a manual or something that explains the break down of this pistol ??? What is the FPS on this ?? Any info would be appreciated.

Cheers!

Likely 550-600 fps making it restricted.Chamber's guns in the UK has schematics.I have one in .22 Should be a snap on barrel cocking handle to assist cocking.Rear sight prone to breakage as it is mostly plastic. Most likely fiber washer /buffer is fallen apart as they do with age.Parts available from Chambers or John Knibbs and they ship to Canada. The MKI's have no dovetail on the reciever and the MKII's do for scope mounting.......Harold

in .177 the velocity is 510 FPS and in .22 380 FPS.

Those numbers are low,my 22 cal BSA Scorpion chronographs 440fps with the pellets that came with it.If I remember correctly, the rating was around 480fps.I have the original manual and parts list with exploded view, but my scanner is not functioning right now.

Unless you like Chinese box puzzles I'd be careful before drifting out any pins........Harold

Well, how much has to come apart to give it a good servicing, with out moving those pins?? The pistol did not see much use by the first owner, but I am guessing after so many years of sitting around it must need some kind of lube some where. I read also, something about a buffer made of fiber that usually needs to be replaced.
