BSA Stealth Red Dot
Looking for your thoughts on the BSA stealth red Dot scope.I just purchased one from Bass Pro because they were on sale for $99.00 regular price was $199.00. The application will be for a Ruger 10/22 with the Archangel Promag stock. Only using it for target shooting and plinking. Never had a red dot before and thought for $99.00 it seemed like a pretty good deal. I still have the receipt and haven't mounted it yet and it's still in the box so I can return it if the majority think it might be junk.I searched the forum for opinions but didn't come up with much info. Also searched the net for reviews and what I found was that for the price range it was a 4 out of 5.Your thoughts on it was be appreciated.

I play at the range within 50m usually so if you're looking beyond that then I can't help. I have a noname red dot on my 10/22 and 10000 rounds later it's still on. I have a BSA RD 30 on my m-4 and after 150 rds. 223 and 500 .22 I am happy with it. $50.00 each.

I use to have a BSA red dot on a 597VTR and it always worked flawless. for the money I dont think you can go wrong with it. I would put my money toward a BSA before a NCstar.
