I've been looking at getting a BSA Supersport Air Rifle as I found them on sale $340ish with free ship. Anyone have one? How powerful is it and should I go with .177 or .22? It will be mostly used for plinking but I wouldn't mind being able to kill a rabbit or squirrel.

Hi American Lockpicker

Have a look at the Benjamin Trail NX Hardwood at Pyramyd Air or the Benjamin Trail NX LX, as they are beautifully made, modern in design and come with a very nice scope and sling. They are also less expensive.

Buy .22 cal. if you want to hunt.

Are BSA's not now made by GAMO? For $100 less you could get a RWS34 from Specialty Shooting Sports or step up to a Weihrauch.................Harold
