It's hard to give an evaluation without any images.
Check browning site and look at the bt99 max high grade it also has the same stamp on the barrel as does the bt99 micro. My citori cxt also has the same stamp. I understand that " Special Steel" is a common stamping on the barrels, and adds nothing to value.
